Shipping & Returns
We are currently shipping with USPS via flat rate shipping to the United States, We can ship internationally but please email prior to placing order so we can get the shipping rate to that your country if you do not see it listed.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after your item has been delivered to request a return. The items must then be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item(s) is/are not returned in the original condition the buyer is responsible for up to 50% of the item's original cost. .

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective:
*Customized or personalized items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,you can apply it to a new tumbler or be refunded to the original payment. Keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
